Hello and welcome to my website store.  As many of you already know, I am a one man operation.  I produce every single aspect of my art and my books completely by myself.  Being so, that means I will be running the store as a one man operation as well.  I make every effort to ship all packages out the very next USPS business day available after the order has been paid for.

For the time being, all orders will go through my email address:  juan@juansoriginalart.com

All packages are sent either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail International.  Shipping charges for the U.S. will be a flat rate of $5.95 no matter how many books you order.  International shipping will depend on where you are located.

Every package I ship will have a tracking number on it...so if you place an order with me, expect to have a tracking number in your email box as soon as the package is on it's way.  If for some reason you do not receive the number within 24 hours after payment is made, please contact me and I will make sure you get it.

As of right now, I request that all items be paid for with PayPal.  I can either send you my account address or I can invoice you through PayPal for your order. 

If for some reason you absolutely cannot do PayPal, I will work with you...but your payment must be received within 5 business days from the time I invoice you or your order will be canceled.
